Gemeinsam stark: Pflege-Hilfe für Salvatore

Hallo, ihr Lieben,
wir sind Petra, Chiara und D. (Name anonymisiert).
Bis vor 3,5 Jahren haben wir ein recht normales Leben geführt.
Im Mai 2020 ereilte uns ein schlimmer Schicksalsschlag. Mein Mann Salvatore, 52 Jahre alt, erlitt einen Herzinfarkt und nach erfolgreicher Reanimation, blieb er jedoch im Wachkoma.
Da für Salvatore die Familie das Zentrum war, war es für uns selbstverständlich, ihn zu uns nach Hause zu holen und ihn in der Mitte seiner Familie zu pflegen. In diesen ersten zwei Jahren nach der Reanimation brauchten wir alle Ersparnisse für die Pflege restlos auf. Trotzdem gaben wir unser Erspartes gerne, da wir unserem Papa und Ehemann ein würdiges, herzliches Leben entsprechend seines Zustandes/24-Stunden intensivpflichtig im Bett liegend, ermöglichen wollten. ❤️
Unseren Lebensunterhalt verdiene ich als Heilpraktikerin. Als gelernte Krankenschwester mit viel Berufserfahrung im pflegerischen Bereich ist es mir solch eine Herzensangelegenheit, ihm diese Heilungszeit zu Hause zu ermöglichen. Mein Mann hat ein persönliches Budget vom medizinischen Dienst zugesprochen bekommen, um seine Pflege und die entstehenden Kosten zu bestreiten, ca. 20.000 € monatlich. Obwohl es eindeutig der Zuständigkeit der Krankenkasse obliegt, verweigert diese die Zahlung und versucht es an andere Kostenträger (Sozialamt etc.) zu übertragen.
Damit begann ein Rechtsstreit der Zuständigkeit, der bis heute anhält. Dies alles führte zu einer existenziellen Bedrohung. Fakt ist, dass seit Juli dieses Jahres keine Gehälter an die eingestellten Pflegekräfte gezahlt wurden.
Mir ist es gelungen trotz des allgemeinen Pflegenotstandes zumindest für 12 Stunden am Tag, zwei liebevolle Pflegekräfte zu finden. Jedoch sind diese nicht dazu in der Lage ohne Gehälter hier weiter Dienst zu tun, da sie ebenso Familien ernähren müssen. Zudem ist mir bewusst, dass ich eine Vorreiterrolle bekleide, indem ich ihn zu Hause pflegen lassen möchte. Denn es ist üblich, Menschen in seinem Zustand in Wachkomagruppen unterzubringen. Mein Mann Salvatore macht peu à peu Fortschritte, zum Beispiel: Ein „Ja“ ist ein zweimaliges Augenzwinkern, auf Ansprache kann er unsere Hände drücken, er fängt an sich zu bewegen.
Da ich ihn zu Hause viel besser und individueller fördern und stützen kann, bitte ich um Spenden und um tatkräftiges häufiges Verlinken meines Aufrufs. Ich arbeite selbst in meiner Heilpraktikerpraxis mit einer wertschätzenden Haltung und möchte einfach den göttlichen und mitmenschlichen Funken, der in uns allen innewohnt, nicht durch etwaige Krisen im außen sterben lassen.
Ebenso soll ich vorab ein dickes Dankeschön und liebe Grüße von unserer Krankenschwester Diane bestellen, die unser Vorhaben, den Spendenaufruf zu wagen, sehr mutig und klasse findet! ❣️

Because of his disability and challenges resulting from it on a daily basis, my husband and I became a well-coordinated team. Our daughter also accepted her "new" brother into her life and heart. ❤️
In May 2020, a terrible blow of fate hit us. My husband Salvatore, 52 years old, suffered a heart attack and after successful resuscitation, but remained in a vegetative state. Since for Salvatore the family was the center, it was natural for us to bring him to our home and take care of him in the midst of his family. During the first two years after the resuscitation, we used up all our savings for his care. Nevertheless, we gladly gave our savings as we wanted to give our dad and husband a dignified, heartfelt life according to his condition/24-hour intensive care bedridden. ❤
I earn our living as a healing practitioner. As a trained nurse with a lot of professional experience in the nursing field, it is such a matter of the heart for me to enable him this healing time at home. My husband has been awarded a personal budget from the medical service to cover his care and the costs incurred, approximately €20,000 per month. Although it is clearly the responsibility of the health insurance, it refuses to pay and tries to transfer it to other payers (social services, etc.).
This began a legal dispute of responsibility that continues to this day. All this led to an existential threat. The fact is that since July of this year, no salaries have been paid to the hired nursing staff.
Despite the general nursing emergency, I have managed to find two loving caregivers at least for 12 hours a day. However, they are not able to continue working here without salaries, as they also have families to support.
In addition, I am aware that I have a pioneering role in that I would like to have him cared for at home. Because it is common to place people in his condition in vigil coma groups.
My husband Salvatore is making progress peu à peu, for example: a "yes" is a wink twice, when addressed he can squeeze our hands, he starts to move. Since I can promote and support him much better and more individually at home, I ask for donations and for energetic frequent linking of my call. I myself work in my healing practice with an appreciative attitude and simply do not want to let the divine and human spark, which is inherent in all of us, die due to any crises on the outside.

Mi guadagno da vivere come operatore di salute alternativa. Essendo un'infermiera diplomata con molta esperienza professionale in campo infermieristico, per me è una questione di cuore permettergli di avere questo periodo di guarigione a casa.
A mio marito è stato assegnato un budget personale dal servizio medico per coprire le sue cure e i costi sostenuti, circa 20.000 euro al mese. Sebbene sia chiaramente di competenza della cassa malattia, si rifiutano di pagarlo e cercano di trasferirlo ad altre unità di costo (ufficio di assistenza sociale, ecc.). Questo ha dato inizio a una disputa giurisdizionale che continua ancora oggi.
Tutto questo ha portato a una minaccia esistenziale.
Il fatto è che da luglio di quest'anno non sono stati pagati gli stipendi agli assistenti assunti. Sono riuscita a trovare due amorevoli badanti per almeno 12 ore al giorno, nonostante la crisi generale del settore infermieristico.
Tuttavia, non possono continuare a lavorare qui senza stipendio, perché hanno anche una famiglia da mantenere.
Inoltre, sono consapevole di assumere un ruolo pionieristico volendo che sia assistito a casa. Perché è comune inserire persone nelle sue condizioni in gruppi di coma vigile.
Mio marito Salvatore sta facendo progressi a poco a poco, per esempio: un "sì" è un occhiolino due volte, riesce a stringere le mani quando gli si parla, comincia a muoversi.
Dato che posso sostenerlo molto meglio e più individualmente a casa, chiedo donazioni e un collegamento energetico frequente del mio appello.
Io stessa lavoro nella mia pratica di guarigione con un atteggiamento di apprezzamento e semplicemente non voglio lasciare che la scintilla divina e umana che è insita in tutti noi muoia all'esterno a causa di qualsiasi crisi. Vorrei anche inviare un grande ringraziamento e un saluto dalla nostra infermiera Diane, che ritiene che il nostro progetto di raccolta fondi sia molto coraggioso e grandioso! ❣️
E sì, dopo aver capito che non sarei stata in grado di farlo da sola, ho raccolto tutto il mio coraggio per lanciare un appello pubblico qui.
