Our beautiful Gemma is currently in hospital in Gran Canaria after suffering organ failure following an infection...we are desperate for her to get better but while she is in hospital her partner and family are staying by her side. They will have accommodation costs and other things to pay for while they are there and with our help we can hopefully ease the financial burden a little bit...it will be one less thing for them to worry about
