Help Support Cassie Jo's Kidney Transplant Expenses

Our family is facing a difficult challenge. My sweet niece, Cassie Jo, has been diagnosed with Kidney Failure and is currently undergoing dialysis. This means spending countless hours each week hooked up to a machine, enduring discomfort and limitations to her daily life. Dialysis is a temporary measure; a kidney transplant is her only hope for a normal future. The medical expenses associated with a transplant, including pre- and post-operative care, medications, and travel costs, are and will be overwhelming.
