Loving and hardworking family hits a big bump in the road!
In early November, Geene had a grand mal seizure. A few days after that, she was diagnosed with a meningioma brain tumor.
She had surgery on 11/16 to remove this tumor. Her surgery went well with Geene and Alanna’s strength, resilience and good humor.
In their professions as nurse and social worker, these two people have generously given much to the health of others in their work and lives.
We who know them are hoping to help them on this journey to health!
Geene's wife, Alanna, has just used her vacation hours to have beautiful baby Nora who is now 4 months old. Geene has recently started a new job and does not yet have vacation or sick time to cover the time off she needs to recover.
Also, Geene cannot legally drive in this state for six months because of the seizure.
Here is our chance to offer Geene and Alanna support!
We would like to aim for $5000 to help with mortgage payments and Uber or Lyft credits to make their lives a little easier.
