Ged's walking 100km in January for SPARC

I'm raising money in aid of STOCKPORT PROGRESS AND RECOVERY CENTRE and every donation will help this local charity to keep supporting our members.

SPARC is celebrating it's 40th year of being there for people with severe and enduring mental health problems. At SPARC we offer a range of group based activities including singing and music groups; art, crafting and textiles groups and horticultural groups both on and off site.

We also offer a counselling service and are, currently, the only charity in Stockport which operates a designated group - SPARC4YA - for young adults aged 18-30.

In 2025 we are hoping to work with people referred through the local Primary Care Network on an allotment that we have been preparing in Davenport.

I'm planning a to complete a series of walks in January 2025 which should cover anywhere between 100km and 100 miles (and if you'd like to join me on one, please feel free) and and hoping that you may feel able to donate to SPARC in recognition of my efforts
