Hello everyone. You may have heard Spencer is currently in the hospital. He woke up in extreme abdominal pain 10 days ago & was rushed to the ER. He was quickly transported to another hospital and has been battling pancreatitis, his organs shutting down and he has an infection in his blood stream. The doctors do not have any definite answers to many of the symptoms they are seeing and things seem to change every day. They have indicated, however, that he will most likely spend 2-3 months in the hospital battling the pancreatitis alone.

Yesterday they inserted a picc line to allow Spencer to receive nutrients as he has not been able to eat in the past 10 days. It’s been difficult to see him like this. I have not taken the girls to see him in the hospital because I do not want them to be scared but they miss their Daddy so much.

We have a long journey ahead of us and as most of you may know, Spencer is the main financial support for our family. I am currently working through DoorDash during the hours Mollie is at school and when my Sister or Grandma can watch Emily. All this is to say we are stretched a bit thin and could use any support you could contribute.
