Geary House Fire

Whew, okay here we go. Our town home, along with 5 or 6 others caught fire this morning. It started in another unit and spread to ours. We are okay - we heard the explosion (windows busting out from pressure) in the next townhome and we were able to get me and Matt Geary, Eloise, and our dog Kali out in time. Everything was engulfed so fast - it was terrifying - we were knocking on neighbors doors trying to get them out. Thankfully no lives were lost. A friendly firefighter was able to rescue our guinea pig, Georgie, just in time. They have officially condemned our home, and we are still not sure what/if we are able to save, we won’t know for a while. We are in a hotel tonight, still in shock. Please pray for us as we don’t know what will happen from here and where we are supposed to go. I’m in the clothes I woke up in, and we aren’t sure what to do from here - we will be on the phone figuring out options through tomorrow evening.
