Last year, I became part owner of the infamous Geary Club bar in San Francisco.

 

Every year, the bar's owners do a large toy drive that benefits the San Francisco Fire Department's Annual Toy Drive: https://www.sffirefighterstoys.org/

 

Last year, all you wonderful friends helped me put together $1890 to buy hundreds of toys for kids in need. Simply incredible. And thanks to Target chipping in a hefty discount, we donated $2261 in toys last year.

 

2021 has certainly been better than 2020, so I think we can beat last years goal with ease. If you have a few charitable bucks you can spare for a good cause, my elves and I will be doing the shopping on Saturday the 18th. Anyone who donates, please feel free to come join us at Geary Club in the afternoon and I'll be sure to get you a pint or two.

 

I'm gonna get the party started with a donation of $250. Any amount you can add to the cause helps greatly, even $5. And whomever our top donater is, I'll take you out for some drinks next time we meet. Thanks so much y'all.
