Our MAHT family is coming together for one of our own. Josh Valentine — beloved friend, chef, and executive chef at MAHT — recently lost his mother in a tragic and unexpected way. No one is ever prepared for a loss like this, and certainly not the financial weight that can follow. In the midst of grief, Josh is now facing funeral expenses and unexpected legal costs that come with handling his mother’s affairs. What should be time to mourn and process has quickly become overwhelming.

If you’ve ever dined at MAHT, you’ve experienced Josh’s heart without even realizing it. He’s the steady hand behind the line, the teammate who stays late, the friend who shows up. He gives so much of himself to others every day. Now it’s our turn to show up for him.
