Hi my name is Aliya and I’m raising money for our family dog Milo.

On October 8th, 2025 we had to rush our dog Milo to the Ottawa Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital because he was actively bleeding from his ears and nose. After sedation and examination, the vets discovered a mass inside his ear canal. His ear is extremely inflamed, and they believe there might be a tunnel connecting his ear to his nose which is why he’s also bleeding through his nose.

The vet said the next step is a CT scan and surgery to determine if they can safely remove the mass. Until then, Milo will continue to bleed and remain in pain.

We’ve already paid over $2,000 in emergency visits and initial care, and the CT scan alone is estimated between $2,500 and $3000. After that, surgery could cost anywhere from $10,000 to $15,000 depending on what they find.

Milo is only 5 (almost 6!) years old, he turns 6 next week. He’s the sweetest boy, loves cuddling, playing with his dog sibling, and being close to us. He still has so much love and life left to live, and we want to do everything we can to give him that chance.

We’re heartbroken and desperate for help. We simply don’t have the funds to cover this surgery on our own. Any amount you can donate will go directly toward Milo’s medical care and surgery. Even sharing this means more than you know.
