Jerry Darnell's Cancer Treatment

Of all of God's magnificent creations, man is by far the greatest. Because God is love and created man in His image, the greatest love is built into the DNA of man. There is no greater example of this than Jerry Darnell.
Jerry, a 65 year old husband, father, and "Pops" has lived his life with the purpose of loving and serving others. He is the true definition of what it means to be selfless and to put the needs of others first. He and his wife Betty are parents to Christina and Scott Caldwell (Clovis, NM), Matt and Brandi Darnell (Bixby, OK), Stephanie and Justin Nairn (Lubbock, TX), and Nick and Christina Darnell (Seneca, MO).
After years of caring for the needs of others, Jerry is now has a great need himself. On September 9th, Jerry was taken to the ER with numbness in his left leg. After several tests, a CT scan revealed a tumor in his brain and surgery was scheduled immediately. The result of the surgery was a diagnosis of Stage 4 Glioblastoma. Even as a patient with a negative diagnosis, Jerry and Betty, with their faith in tact, took every opportunity to love on, pray for, and minister to Jerry's caregivers everyday while in the hospital.
Because of the severity of the tumor, Jerry was instructed to seek immediate treatment with radiation and chemotherapy. Although the Darnell family has strong faith that will NOT be shaken, and are believing for a God given miracle, they need your help and would greatly appreciate your support for his treatment. Both prayers and financial support is greatly needed.
“Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.”
Colossians 3:24 NLT
As a family who truly believes that the joy of the Lord is their strength, rest assured that as your donations will help Jerry beat this disease, his response will be to continue to give his all to serve God and others.
Thank you so much! MAY GOD RICHLY BLESS YOU!!!
“I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of the LORD.”
Psalms 118:17 NKJV
