Cooper is the son of Drake and Wendy Shurley . Drake is an employee of the Lower Colorado River Authority Public Safety Department and is a Security Officer at the Fayetteville Power Project . Drake's youngest son, Cooper,  has been diagnosed with Microcephaly and is in need of a mobile vehicle lift system that will cost approximately 5 thousand dollars.  Our Public Safety Department is hoping to suprise Drake, Wendy, and Cooper with enough proceeds to purchase this essential equipment.
