This is Harley, my beautiful 10-year-old Border Collie. He has been my best friend, loyal companion, and part of the family for all these years.

A few years ago, Harley suffered a terrible accident when someone accidentally stood on his foot. This caused serious damage to his tendons, ligaments, and bones. Since then, he has struggled on and off, but recently things have taken a much worse turn.

Over the past few months, Harley’s foot has become much more painful. After an ultrasound, the vets found a lump inside his tendon that is blocking fluid movement. He now urgently needs a biopsy and X-rays under anesthesia, along with ongoing medications like antibiotics and strong pain relief for the rest of his life. On top of this, his knee has started to swell, which is making things even harder for him.

Harley is such a gentle, loving boy who still has so much life left in him. He’s my best friend, and with my own health failing, I’m struggling financially more than ever. I would be so grateful for any help to save my best friend and give him the treatment and comfort he desperately needs.
