Cedar is a young man living in Parkdale in a dismantled shell of a camper. He does not have running water or electricity. He is a kind, helpful, and polite person who has struggles with mental health issues. He is highly functioning and extremely intelligent, but still needs some help to get his living quarters up to par. He has a crew of people who are willing to build a structure on his property - we just need some funds! Some of the items we need are: a flat bed trailer, excavation work, a septic system, and other building materials. Your help is greatly appreciated!
