On Sunday, July 27, Beatriz Santana got a call with the news that her apartment was on fire. Beatriz is a beloved teacher at Little Lion Preschool & Childcare where she spreads love and inspires children to be their best.

Her husband was home with her teenager sister when he heard the screams of fire coming from the other residents. He was fast enough to take her and the family dog to safety, but nothing else. They lost everything: clothes, memories, furniture, house appliances... The Santana family is a hardworking family and they will need all the help the community can give. Every donation will help them rebuild and start from scratch.
