Erika's Grace Memorial

Erika spent her remaining days at an amazing facility, Agrace. We would like to memorialize Erika with a brick on the outdoor pathway.  Your gift directly supports Agrace services.  By helping purchasing an engraved brick, we can  create a lasting memory that honors Erika. Proceeds from the 'Brick Walk' help support a variety of essential patient and family services at Agrace, including charity care, grief support groups, and respite care.
