Hi, my name is Shawna Zubko formerly Kudlak/Thrasher. On March 13 I had 2 strokes on the back of my head. Resulting me to be medivact from Inuvik to Yellowknife then Yellowknife to Edmonton. I arrived at u of a hospital on March 15, I am now at glen rosé rehabilitation centre next to royal alex hospital. My husband arrived on Monday March 16th, and has been with me during the day and will start having breakfast before arriving as he needs the

sustenance for the commute and walking. The funds will help with groceries expenses for my husband and to offset the cost of rent for April as it will take me about 4-6 more weeks to recover. I was affected on my left hand and leg, I am slowly getting mobility in those areas. Thank you one and
