Daughter's Wedding Venue Closed

We reserved a venue for our daughter’s wedding reception, and prepaid a catering contract.  The venue was part of a national chain (Noah's). About a month after we reserved it, we were stunned when the company announced it was going into bankruptcy, and abruptly shuttered all operations.  We were able to scramble and find a new location for the reception, but the new venue requires use of their caterers.  So we’re left with a prepaid catering contract that we’re trying to reimburse.  We've already held a fajita fundraiser (using the meals the caterer was supposed to cook for the reception), and raised about half of our goal.  So this GoFundMe is still open, to try to raise a little more to offset the total of the original contract.
