Im Addi's mom, Aubrey. I've been super against setting this up, but since we can't get any help and are starting to worry as the surgery date approaches, I'm asking for any donations you can give. Addison's spine is at a 62 degree angle due to severe scoliosis and the doctor at UCLA says there is nothing we can do but surgery. They are going to operate to correct the two different curves and fuse her spine from neck to lower back which will fix the problem but will be life changing for her as it will limit her mobility. If you live local, I'd love to cook you a dinner to compensate. It's against my pride that we set this up because it actually is unexpected. Please let me know what your family likes and I'd be happy to donate a meal or anything. We have a super high out of pocket and have been trying to figure out ways to pay it. Beyond our high deductible we will also both be having to miss alot of work and go back and forth to UCLA with hotel stays, gas, etc. I don't want to put a burden on anyone but anything truly helps.
