5th spinal fusion surgery with cord de tethering 10 hour surgery
7th cardiac arrest
9th shunt malfunction- externalized the shunt
13th put in a new shunt
High risk for infection at that point
23rd discharged from hospital
26th re hospitalized via ambulance from Perham with wound infection
Currently has wound vac but they are still unsure if she has a spinal fluid leak high risk of hardware infection. Pic line placed she will need 4-6 weeks of iv antibiotics moving forward and at minimum another week inpatient if the wound vac works and there is no leak.
