Our dog Sparky isn't just a dog to our family, he is family and a blessing.  Sparky is a 7 year old,  Pequines breed. He is a very energetic, playful, fun loving dog that our family deeply loves.  As of lately Sparky hasn't been able to be his cheerful self because of sudden health issues he is experiencing.  He is suffering from a severe perineal hernia which is causing him extreme pain and discomfort when he is trying to poop. His constant cries in pain breaks my family's heart.  The only way Sparky is able to poop is by us putting pressure on both sides of his back legs close to his rectum. There is a video attached that shows Sparky trying to poop but can't and his extreme cry of pain.   Sparky is in urgent need of emergency surgery.  Without surgery,  Sparky will encounter more complications and will have to be put to sleep. We are trying to take preventative measures before that happens.  The surgery that Sparky needs is well over $2,000. Running a household and raising my children doesn't allow me to just have $2,000 on hand to help Sparky with his surgery.  Typing this is breaking my heart as it would for any dedicated pet owner.  I created this page to ask for pet lovers, family, friends and those who would be willing to help for their support.  Please find it your heart to donate any amount to help Sparky live and continue to be a blessing to our family.  Any amount is much appreciated.
