Medical treatment

Hello, my name is Cesar Garcia and together with my family we are fundraising for my brother whose health is very delicate in El Salvador. Thanks to everyone who donated, my brother is now done with the treatment but there are some medical expenses that still need to get paid and the hospital won't allow my brother to leave until the entire amount is paid which is $15,000 US.
