I need help for my chemotherapy

My name is Ramandeep Kaur Gill I am an international student and unfortunately I have diagnosed with cancer stage 4 and my insurance company is denying to pay for my hospital expenses and hospital asked to pay first and after that they will start my chemotherapy I request them to start my treatment and I will pay all the bill in instalments but they are denying. As well as hospital says I have one month so treatment should be start in one month . According to them I can not even go back to India. I am in big trouble at this moment.
