Andrew was diagnosed suddenly in August of 2015 with Lupus and stage four kidney failure with heart complications.    Andrew lost his fight with Lupus today January 13, 2016.  As a mother I need your help with costs for funeral expenses.  This has been a devistating journey for our family and any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your help in our families desperate time of need.
