A speeding Lexus changed lanes and hit the back of Jeep Grand Cherokee, according to Texas Highway Patrol.

It happened just before midnight on the Sam Rayburn Tollway along the line that divides Carrollton and The Colony, just south of the Josey Overpass.

The jeep rolled. The driver, identified as Kyle Tilley, 26, died and the passenger was taken to Medical Center of Plano in a medical helicopter with serious injuries."
