On Tuesday September 1, 2015 Rachel Phillips boyfriend was tragically murdered leaving behind two young boys the age of 3 and 4 months. Rachel has now been left to raise these boys all on her own and she has nothing, We don't normally ask for any type of help, but she cant get into their home to get any of the kids belongings.
