GB v Finland August 2025

Hello everyone!

For those who might not know, I play American Football for GB. For those who do know, sorry, I don’t stop talking about it!

I have played American Football since 2013 and have 9 caps for GB. I am now working towards an 10th cap at the upcoming GB v Finland home game in August.

Although I am incredibly privileged to represent my country, GB American Football is self funded. This means that we pay for our own kit, travel, accommodation, and training fees. A lack of funding can limit a player’s ability to commit to the team or even stop them from playing if they are selected.

I am aiming to raise £300 which will cover part of the costs for the Finland game with another £300 of my own money being used to cover the remaining game costs, fuel money, camp fees, kit etc.
