Hello, my name is Abby Carroll and I live in Utah.

During the ongoing genocide in Gaza and Occupied Palestine, I have made connections with Palestinians whom are stuck inside Gaza. I am in contact with Mahmoud Kouta and Mohammed Farid who are sheltering at a school in the south of Gaza with hundreds of other displaced people.

Together with the help of friends and family, they are running a community initiative that includes entertainment and activities for children, meals, shelter assistance, absolutely anything for their people. This comes with a cost as they often sacrifice sleep, food, and medicine while being sick and facing famine themselves.

This fundraising will directly help save the lives and offer temporary relief for hundreds of Palestinians sheltering at this school. In the event Mahmoud is unable to receive your contributions, this money will still be distributed amongst their family.

Palestinians have faced almost 100 days of bombardment and raids. At least 22,438 people have been killed and at least 57,614 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since

October 7 - per Al Jazeera's most recent update on January 4th.

Transfers will be sent in equal increments and proof of receipts will be sent directly to Mahmoud to confirm. I will not be benefiting from your donations by any means.
