Hi, my name is Craig. Im a hobbyist beekeeper from Chesterfield and I'm raising money for the Gaza Beekeepers Cooperative Association & its members. This is not my story - it is theirs. But with their full trust and approval, I share it to raise funds and stand with them.

Founded in 2004 under license from the Palestinian Ministry of Labor, the association has worked to support beekeepers by providing affordable beekeeping supplies, help market their honey, defend their interests and provide training to improve skills in helping protect hives from diseases and pests.

Since October 2023 everything has changed.

The war has destroyed the associations headquarters and warehouses leaving them without infrastructure and resources to continue supporting its members.

Around 30,000 beehives belonging to the associations beekeepers have been destroyed or lost.

The association represents over 900 members who have built their livelihoods through this profession.

Money raised will go to the Gaza Beekeepers association to be used to help restore beehives, replace essential equipment, rebuild capacity and give beekeepers the chance to return to their work and support their families again.

Any help given is not only helping to rebuild a hive, it is helping rebuild a family, a livelihood and a future.
