Kim Davis is known for her strong stance against gay marriage after her refusal to issue marriage licenses to gay couples in the past. She has taken this to the Supreme Court 2 times. She first brought attention to her case in 2015 when she was jailed for contempt of court after refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples. Most recently, she appealed her case, causing uncertainty about the future of marriage rights in the US. Now, the Supreme Court has decided to not hear her case again. She now owes $360,000 in legal fees to the gay couple she refused to marry. I am making this to show that there are still good people in this world, and I think that it would also be really ironic if the gays banded together to get her out of this predicament
