Gayla Evans Rine recover from breaking her neck

Hi. My name is Melanie and I’m fundraising for my friend, Gayla Evans Rine. I’ve known Gayla for over 25 years and she and her husband have been deeply involved with Animal Rescue their entire life and are currently taking care of six dogs at their home. Gayla had an accident a week ago. She was walking down her deck steps, she tripped, fell down multiple stairs. Her head hit a stone dog statue and she ended up underneath their pickup truck. Gayla broke her neck in two places (C-3 & C-6). She had surgery on Wednesday to fuse her neck and is currently recovering in Riverside Methodist Hospital. Gayla and Gary are the kindest, most giving people I have known and I know that any financial donation would be of great help to them for the long recovery ahead. The funds would be used to help pay off medical bills and replacing their deck steps to ensure a safe environment.
