Hey babes! I’m Tilly (they/them) – a 30-year-old non-binary, proudly queer human working in the community for our community. And now… it’s finally time for me to ask for a little community love and support in return.

On October 10th, 2025, I was meant to have my long-anticipated top surgery – that’s 10/10, because I’d finally have my two perfect 10s! (Yes, I planned it. Yes, it’s iconic.) ✨

This isn’t just surgery – this is the gender-affirming, life-changing moment I’ve been dreaming of. After years of wishing, waiting, sweaty binders, and painful taping, I’m finally getting the chance to feel at home in my body – to live freely, queerly, and flat-chestedly. This is about joy. This is about truth. This is about not having to adjust my shirt 14 times before leaving the house.

But… as we all know, gender euphoria isn’t cheap. Between surgery costs, recovery time, post-op supplies, and bills that don’t pause for trans joy, I need a little help to make this dream a reality.

My top surgery has sadly been postponed from 10/10 to 2/12/25 due to financial setbacks. It’s a bump in the road, but the dream of my Perfect 10s is alive and strong! ️‍⚧️
