My name is Lori Croft. Recently, my friend and co-worker Nikki Waterman’s son, Gavin has been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma.

Gavin is 17 years old and attends Mattoon High School. Gavin is a sweet young boy and loves his dogs.

This is Gavin’s second battle with cancer. His first diagnosis was when he was only 6 years old.

Gavin has been in the hospital in Chicago since August 17th, and spent his 17th birthday there as well. They are trying to ease his pain and find a treatment plan that works before he can come home.

Both Nikki and Jake have been by his side day and night. Since they have been gone they both have not been able to work. They have been focusing on their son’s treatment.

If anyone is able to donate to this loving family it would be a blessing for them to help with bills and medical expenses.
