Hi - most of you will recognize me as Loretta Martin. Please help, my dear friends.

I have started this Go Fund Me page on behalf of fellow performer Gavin Hebert aka Summer Hall Knight in order to assist with the staggering out of pocket medical costs he has accumulated over the past several months.

You can easily check his Facebook posts, in which he has documented in detail the medical problems, countless surgeries and hopeful full recovery from his devastating medical detours.

I know personally how catastrophic medical ailment and extremely high medical bills can quickly drain one's bank account, emotions, hope and sense of well being, especially when unable to work.
