Gator Shooting Team Fundraiser

The Gator Shooting Team is a club shotgun shooting team at the University of Florida. Our goal is to provide a safe and inviting place where young people can learn the shooting sports and enjoy the outdoors. Our team consists of college students from the Gainesville area, that range in all levels of experience. We compete in multiple collegiate as well as local events each year. Our team shoots three of the multiple shotgun disciplines: Trap, Skeet, and Sporting Clays. There is no prior experience needed to join the team, and we are always looking for new members. We look forward to expanding the club and participating in this amazing sport. Our team does not receive any funding from the school, so it is up to ourselves to fundraise. We are currently doing this by selling team shirts and hats as well as hosting a fundraiser sporting clays event at Bradford Sportsmen Farm in Graham, FL on March 20th, 2021. The link for this event will be included below. We decided to create this GoFundMe in order to increase our opportunity to fundraise. Our ultimate goal is to have enough funds to supply our shooters with practice and competition ammo, as well as pay for competition entry fees.
