sadly, i have credit below 500, a car owed to the bank and nearly a full year of being unemployed. the safest solution for my family to end this cycle of spending $3k a month in transient housing or being denied at homes requiring $2500 income and 600 credit:::

buying out a lease at a 2bedroom 750/mo house.

even though we spend $10000 every 120 days unhoused !! thru crowdfunding i have been able to financially care for my 20yo cousin, who has 2 babies— a toddler, a newborn. Along with her i have 2 18yo siblings, different parents… but both escaping parental abuse just like me.

i want to be a homebase for my young family. Something none of us have ever had, is security.
