Queridos Amigos y familia;

Nuestro querido ahijado Gastón Vera Chapellin, sufrió el pasado sábado 14 de Junio de 2021 un trágico accidente de tráfico cuyas consecuencias fueron múltiples traumatismos que incluyen fracturas, hemorragias y perforación de pulmón y duodeno. Gracias a la rápida y excelente atención médica en  la Unidad de Terapia Intensiva del North Broward Hospital, nuestro ahijado ha superado una primera etapa de intervenciones quirúrgicas y en estos momentos se encuentra aún en terapia intensiva a la espera de otra fase de operaciones enfocadas al proceso de reconstrucción de sus extremidades.

Su familia apenas comienza el proceso de adaptación al país, lo que hace muy cuesta arriba el afrontar este inesperado evento, no solo en cuanto al golpe emocional que significa, sino también en cuanto a los gastos que se requieren para que Gastón tenga la oportunidad de recuperar en lo posible las capacidades que él tenía antes del accidente. Los doctores indican que estas posibilidades son altas, pero el proceso va a tomar mucho tiempo, voluntad, Fe, paciencia y recursos… Sabemos que Gastón ha estado en sus oraciones y no tenemos como expresar nuestra gratitud, ya que su evolución ha sido, nos atrevemos a afirmarlo, Milagrosa.

Todos los fondos que se reciban seran enviados a una cuenta a nombre de su padre Ricardo Luis Vera Hernandez en Wells Fargo Bank  y seran usados para cancelar los gastos extras del Hospital, y todas las  terapias necesarias. 

Nunca tendremos palabras para agradecerles cualquier ayuda que esté en sus posibilidades.
