Events as follows:

11:30 am SHARP: Memorial service begins

Led by Father Dan at All Saints Episcopal Church, where those that wish to say a few words in remembrance or offer short musical tributes are welcome to. Please reach out via message if you are interested in speaking/ performing.

1PM: MJ’s Brass Boppers will lead us in a New Orleans style Second Line jazz funeral parade through the streets of his Majesty’s kingdom, the Upper Haight. We parade through the streets together, in celebration of a life well lived that brought so many people together. Gaspar loved it so to see his “world’s collide!” Let’s make this the biggest collision of his world’s yet! Dancing, celebrating and costumes are all encouraged.

2PM: Our procession will end at a nearby residence (exact address to be announced closer to the date) where we will gather with good friends, good music, and good food to celebrate Gaspar until the sun goes down. Please bring your photos, mementos or offerings as we will be constructing an ofrenda (altar) in honor of his Majesty of the Haight.
