On September 27th, my boyfriend and I and our two sweet dogs, Penny and Appa, were brutally attacked by two dogs who got loose from their house due to negligence. The dogs aggressively attacked us, leaving puncture wounds in our dogs as well as both of us, and injuring neighbors who ran to our aid. The expenses for their medical treatment and our medical treatment are already adding up, and both dogs are now terrified to go outside. We know we have a long journey of healing- emotionally and physically, ahead of us and will likely need the help of a trainer to get both dogs comfortable walking outside again.
