Gary's Final Farewell: Ginger Needs Help

My name is Ginger Poore. My husband, Gary, passed away Monday, March 1. I don't have the money to pay for his funeral.

I met Gary 51 years ago. Forty seven years ago he grabbed my hand at a skating rink and skated me around. I fell in love!

The years went by, we watched each other go through one miserable relationship after another. Finally, 17 years ago we began dating and were married 14 years ago. I'm convinced we had to go through the bad relationships in order to learn how to appreciate each other.

I had waited 42 years to be with the love of my life. Now he's been taken away from me by that vile disease called cancer. I don't have the money to pay for his funeral.

He was the most amazing man! He was my best friend, lover, companion and husband. I can't imagine my life without him.

He was a Navy Corpman. He worked hard all his life. He was a fantastic cook and helped me with a garden every year. There are no words to describe how much I love that man! ❤️
