In everything that he said or did, Gary worked tirelessly to make this a good world. As a police officer, martial arts teacher, truancy officer, and friend, Gary touched the lives of so many people. The family has had an outpouring of support from people all over the country who have shared beautiful memories about how much Gary helped them in their times of despair. He comforted individuals through their personal struggles, gave kids a safe place to be empowered through learning various martial arts, and encouraged everyone to love others and life.
This unexpected tragedy has shaken the community. Unfortunately, the suddenness of this event and the time of the year has left the family unprepared. In order to honor Gary's legacy, the family will need help. Any amount will be greatly appreciated and utilized in funding his funeral.
