As many of you know, Gary Mane has been battling health issues. In early September 2023, several biopsies were taken, and Gary was diagnosed with aggressive Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. They have placed a port for Gary to begin 6 cycles of chemo treatments. Gary has had two of the 6 treatments, and because of the side effects with stomach bleeds, ascites, edema, and other issues, he has spent several weeks in the hospital.
Gary is currently unable to work due to his diagnosis. His wife, Jan, needs to be by his side and therefore has had to leave their family home to be with Gary. Although they have had enormous support from family and friends, they are struggling to pay for the co-pays and deductibles for necessary procedures and tests, including CT scans, endoscopies, PET scans, paracentesis treatments, etc. The most important thing for Gary right now is to focus on his health.
Gary has a long journey ahead, but he knows with the support and prayers from all of you, he will be able to beat the cancer into remission and be able to return to a productive life. The proceeds from this page will go directly towards Gary’s deductibles, insurance costs, and living expenses.
Gary and his family want to express their love and gratitude to all of you in this time of need. Sharing, donating, and prayers are appreciated during this difficult time.
**There has been a separate account set up at the Fergus Federal Credit Union if you wish to donate directly. Please make checks payable to Gary and Jan Mane with "Benefit" in the memo.
