Our dad, Gary Howell is not only well known, but he is loved by so many as well. On Monday, February 15th, he drove himself to the hospital with what he hoped was food poisoning. The ER started him on medications and did a CT Scan. The doctor’s came back with news that nobody wants to hear – especially those alone in the hospital due to COVID.

We quickly learned that not only did he have a severe colon infection, but he also has colon cancer. The scan also showed other spots that will be evaluated as well. Doctors are waiting for the infection to clear before they can go in for surgery.

As my dad’s recent book has stated, our family has been through so much over the years. Our dad has stayed faithful throughout. He is one that is ALWAYS available to family, friends and his clients. We ask right now that you please join us in prayer as we wait for the infection to heal, pray for the doctors as they go in to determine steps, surgery, etc.
My dad has always been the man to give you the money in his pocket or shirt off his back. We know that times are so hard for so many, but if you have the means we humbly as for your donation towards his medical expenses, as to the fact he is without insurance
