Hello friends, customers, and caring individuals. We are Vince & Diann Curcio, owners of The Bizzzy Bee.
We need your support in rallying around Gary Gentles, a remarkable electrician, loving father, and devoted husband. He is known and loved by many. Gary has not only brightened homes with his exceptional electrical skills but has also made a positive impact on the lives of children as a dedicated soccer coach. Unfortunately, a recent stroke has presented Gary with significant challenges in both his personal and professional life. He and his family need our help.
About Gary: For years, Gary has been the go-to electrician, arriving with a smile and the expertise to tackle any electrical problem. He has diligently solved issues, from troubleshooting power outages to rewiring homes damaged by persistent critters. Gary's dedication to his craft is unparalleled, and his warm demeanor, friendliness, and humor have made him a favorite among customers.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Gary has also served as an inspirational coach for young soccer enthusiasts. He has volunteered his time to coach kids, teaching them valuable lessons in teamwork, dedication, and perseverance. Gary's impact extends beyond his technical skills, as he has shaped the lives of numerous children through his guidance on and off the field.
The Impact of the Stroke: However, Gary's life took an unexpected turn when he experienced a stroke that led to his hospitalization for a week. The stroke has affected his short-term memory, making it difficult for him to recall important details. In addition, he now faces seizures that require medication to control. As a result, Gary is unable to drive for at least six months, which means he cannot service customers safely until he gets medical clearance. That is the big unknown as to when that will be.
The Financial Struggle: Gary's dedication to his family is unwavering, but his stroke has left him in a difficult financial situation. With a wife and two children relying on him, Gary is burdened with a mortgage payment, a car loan, and day-to-day expenses. On top of it all, the medical bills are starting to roll in, adding to the financial pressure he's facing.
How You Can Help: We have set up this GoFundMe campaign to support Gary during his recovery journey. Our goal is to raise $25,000, which will help alleviate the financial strain he is currently experiencing. Your donation, no matter the size, will go a long way in ensuring that Gary and his family can meet their basic needs, cover medical expenses, and navigate this difficult period with a little more ease.
Please consider making a contribution to support Gary's recovery and show him that his community stands by his side, just as he has been there for us during times of need. Together, we can help Gary regain his strength and eventually return to doing what he loves — both as an exceptional electrician and as an inspirational coach who has impacted the lives of young children.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.
Sincerely,
Vince & Diann Curcio
