Hi, Paige Jarvi, the favorite child of Garry Nelson, Sr.

Some of you have been following the last few weeks of Dad's journey to recovery after falling from ~20ft thru deck beams while working. For those who don't know, Dad was airlifted April 17 with a broken pelvis and fractured hips, ribs, and lower lumbar spine. He has since had surgery to put him back together and has a very long road to recovery. He will be headed to a rehabilitation facility soon, and is wheelchair bound for at least the next three months.

Dad is self employed and will be out of work for the foreseeable future. Between medical bills and his rehabilitation stay, the financial stress is starting to set in. If we can take off just a little bit of the weight/stress, I know that it would allow for his focus to be on recovery, which is the most important thing right now. Many of you asked how to help, and after careful consideration and discussion with the family, we felt that setting up this fund would be the most appropriate method.

As you can imagine, not only has this been a physical challenge for him but also and an emotional battle internally. We are grateful for everyone's thoughts, prayers, and support thru this.
