Garren Family Funeral Relief Fund.

Unexpected deaths always come with unexpected emotions, questions, and unfortunately… expenses. My dear childhood friend has suffered loss that is unimaginable and is now faced with funerals, burials, many other unexpected expenses that would be overwhelming under the best of circumstances let alone the horrifying circumstances she is also left to grieve and try to comprehend.

On Saturday, April 30, Horace (Bimbo) Garren and Chris Garren were both shot and killed in their home in the Rosalie community of Pisgah, Alabama. Matthew Garren, Bimbo’s son, and Chris’s younger brother has been arrested and charged with their deaths. Lora Garren Wooten is Bimbo Garren’s oldest child, only daughter, and the older sister of both Chris & Matthew. She is now left to grieve her father and both of her brothers and to bear the burden of making all of the hard decisions.

I know there are many who know and love Lora and her family who want to help her in some small way....any way! Many who don’t know the family, but have heard this tragic story have also expressed a desire to help.
