UPDATE: My brother, sister-in-law, nieces and nephew are very grateful for all of the support that they have received from friends, family and their church. They have found a house and will hopefully be closing on it soon. Although they have received a significant amount they are still short the closing costs to purchase their new home. If you could pass along to friends and family to help raise the amount for their closing costs of roughly between $7,000 - $8,000. We are still accepting all of your prayers to help with this transition. Thanks again. Every little bit counts.
It is with a heavy heart that I am requesting for help on behalf of my brother David Gard, my sister-in-law and my nieces and nephew who lost their house and all of their belongings due to their house burning down. This afternoon 11/29 around 2:15 their house in Ripley, NY caught on fire and my niece was pulled out of the upstairs window by a volunteer fireman and a neighbor. She was rushed to a local hospital due to smoke inhalation and later released.

This is very hard on my brother and his family to have lost everything so I am asking for your help to assist them to start over. They are in need of everything. Every little bit helps.
I also want to take a moment to thank the local volunteer fire departments for putting out the fire and rescuing my niece.
They will also accept prayers to help them get through this.
