In Memory of Paige

It is hard to find the right words to express here.

On August 14th, we lost a powerful and amazing force in this world.

Paige Phillips made a name for herself in the world of harm reduction and activism. She fought with passion and resiliency to improve and save the lives of vulnerable community members. Paige made life better, more accessible, safer and happier for countless people. She fought with a warrior's spirit and made her mark in British Columbia as a leader in the fight to end the overdose crisis.

Paige has left behind so many devastated family, friends, allies and peers.

Most significantly, we are here to offer our care and support to Paige's beautiful daughters, Charlee and Amelia.

There is so much for these two young girls to process. To help support the healing process and to help ensure that as many of their needs are met as possible, this GoFundMe has been created to provide whatever support we can for Charlee and Amelia in these difficult times.

Gathered funds are being provided to the girl's father, Jack Phillips, to help make life easier for Paige's girls in the immediate wake of losing their mother. These funds will also help pay for counseling for the girls, and any funds that are not immediately used can be put towards the girl's future needs, education or otherwise.

As a gift to Paige- we can rally to make sure her beloved children have whatever they need to move forward wrapped in the loving embrace of a community that held their mother in their hearts- and always will.
