Game on...Help Ronald Fight Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Donation protected
Hello! Let me introduce you to...Ronald Baxter. Ronald was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma just before Christmas. He is the son of Amy & Doug Seeley and Robert Baxter and grandson of Connie Baxter and Ron and Mary Jean Ayres. Ronald is 25 years old and has worked at Animal Care Sanctuary in East Smithfield for 6 1/2 years. Since his diagnosis, he has been undergoing essential testing, obtaining second opinions, and considering his treatment options, including the standard treatment and clinical trials. The standard protocol indicates that Ronald will receive six months of chemotherapy at a minimum. Ronald has chosen treatment; there will be numerous trips to Guthrie and possible follow-ups at Lehigh Valley Cancer Institute. While Ronald is employed and has insurance coverage, we all know that not everything will be covered, and his treatment could limit his ability to work. Therefore, any funds received will go towards Ronald's medical bills. If you feel inclined to help Ronald, please know we appreciate your generosity and support. Ronald, his family and friends, thank you all for your thoughtfulness. If you wish to help but prefer not just to give cash, we are selling t-shirts with a cool design and be on the lookout for a benefit dinner when the weather is more cooperative.
