Galley Head Swim 2021 - Dave, Kieran and Shane

The 3rd annual Galley Head Swim will take place on Saturday 17th July 2021. This is a 10km Open Water Swim in aid of Marymount Hospice and West Cork Underwater Search and Rescue.
We're hoping to complete the swim as a relay team comprised of Dave Finn, Kieran O'Callaghan and Shane Field, with a support boat kindly provided by Tim Finn.
The swim will start from the Red Strand, go around the Galley Head and finish on the Warren Beach. The total distance is10km approx (12km if Shane is navigating).
The minimum sponsorship required to enter the event is €900 for a relay team, but all donations after that would be greatly appreciated. All donations and proceeds will be split between both charities.
We would be grateful for any donations towards our swim for these worthy causes, we've a lot of training to do between now and July but we're looking forward to the challenge.
